Return & Refund Policy

At JoudBeauty, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Because our cosmetics, skincare, haircare, perfume oils, deodorants and eyelashes are personal-care and hygiene products, we can only accept a return if the product:

  • Is unused, unopened and in its original condition.
  • Has its original hygiene seal and protective packaging intact.
  • Is returned in its original packaging.
  • Includes the order number or valid proof of purchase.

Products that have been opened, tested, used or had their hygiene seal removed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us through the WhatsApp +971 50 807 6368 before sending the product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged during delivery, defective, leaking, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible—preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photographs or a short video showing the product, packaging and shipping label.

Once the issue has been assessed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund. If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a product defect, JoudBeauty will cover the reasonable return or replacement delivery costs.

Non-Returnable Products

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Opened, tested or used cosmetics and personal-care products.
  • Products with a removed or broken hygiene seal.
  • Magnetic or false eyelashes that have been opened or worn.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Individual products from a bundle or promotional set, unless the complete unused set is returned.
  • Clearance or final-sale products, except where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

These exclusions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If an eligible unopened product is approved for return, you may place a separate order for the product you prefer. Defective, damaged or incorrect products may be replaced after assessment.

Return Delivery Costs

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost. The original delivery charge is non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as JoudBeauty cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged before reaching us.

If the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage or an incorrect product, JoudBeauty will cover the reasonable return or replacement delivery cost.

International customers are responsible for any return delivery charges, customs fees, duties or taxes associated with a change-of-mind return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Delivery charges, customs duties and other transaction-related charges are non-refundable unless the order was defective, damaged or incorrect.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return conditions and delivery charges will apply.
